These terms govern the purchase and delivery of the one-to-one NEET Strategy Session offered by Shashwat Tiwary.

This is not subject tuition, medical advice, counselling, or a substitute for a school, coaching programme or qualified professional.
Payment reserves a request for a session but does not confirm a specific time. After payment, the participant submits three preferred times. A booking becomes confirmed when the final time and joining details are sent by email.
If no mutually suitable time can be agreed, the participant may choose a full refund.
Participants must provide accurate contact, payment-reference and scheduling details, join on time with a working internet connection, and communicate respectfully. Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
The session may not be recorded, reproduced or shared without prior consent from everyone involved.
Advice reflects personal experience and the information shared by the participant. No score, rank, admission, college allocation or other outcome is promised or guaranteed. The participant remains responsible for decisions made after the session.
Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Material updates to these terms will apply only to purchases made after the updated terms are published.
